AAdvantage Monster Pay is developed and owned by KioSoft Technologies, LLC. KioSoft Technologies (“we,” “us,” “our”) respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy. This policy describes:

  1. The types of information we may collect or that you may provide when you download, install, register with, access, or use the AAdvantage Monster Pay Mobile Application (collectively, the “App”).

Children Under the Age of 13

The App is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a person submitting information is under 13, we will attempt to delete the information as soon as possible. By using the App, you hereby represent that you are at least 13.

Whether you download, register with, or use the AAdvantage Monster Pay Mobile App, the information collected is transferred to the laundry facility operator (the “Operator”) and the Operator is the sole owner of the information collected on this App. The Operator may collect, process, or use your information in accordance with its privacy policy and practices, which we encourage you to read before providing information through the App.

When you download, register with, or use the App, you must first complete the registration form and we may collect information directly from you. Types of information we collect directly from you include your name, email address, other contact information, location identifier, credit card and billing details or other information to process payment, including billing address, payment and transaction history, and any other information you submit to the App or otherwise provide to us. At your option, you may also provide additional contact information (such as phone number) about yourself, but it is not required.

How We Use Your Information

We may use the information we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any personal information, to provide you with the App and its contents and functions, and any other information, products or services that you request from us. For example, we may use your information to directly contact you to respond to messages or inquiries that you submitted to us, or to send you periodic updates, in accordance with your subscription preferences and from which you may opt-out of receiving. We may also use the device and usage details to improve our App to deliver a better and more personalized experience to our users. As mentioned above, we use location information in order to auto-detect the laundry room’s location and the appropriate Scan Registration Code affiliated with the Operator.

Unless you ask us not to, we may also use your information to contact you via email/text in the future to tell you about new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.
